Step 1: Holding the skin of the upper eyelid taut and starting at the outer corner of the eye, trace just above the eyelash line to the inner corner of the eye.
Note: For a smokey eye, apply a slightly thicker line along the outer edge of your eye and smudge to soften and blend.
