Shipping Policy

All purchases made through PANDORABEAUTY.com are made pursuant to shipment contracts. All packages are shipped via the United States Postal Service. We have made it as cost effective and easy as possible - welcome to the home of the $6.99 Flat Rate Shipping Fee. The competition charges you by the weight/size of the package, we allow you to add as many items as you wish and the cost remains $6.99. The others have restrictions on shipping locations, our packages can be shipped anywhere in the United States including Hawaii & Puerto Rico. We also offer Free Shipping on orders over $99 (total of products not including tax). Newly added by popular demand are the Expedited Shipping and Signature Required options. Expedited Shipping fee is $14.99 and the Signature Required fee is $2.99. We currently do not ship to APO’s and FPO's.

When will I receive my order if I choose USPS Standard Shipping?
All orders require up to 3 business days for processing. This means when you place an order it falls into a queue and will be prepared for shipping within 3 business days. After your order has processed it will be shipped via the United States Postal Service Priority Mail (USPS). Once in the hands of the USPS, your package can take up to 3 business days to be delivered to your home. Please note your package can take up to 7 days for delivery. In the case that an item is back ordered or out of stock, processing may take longer. Customers will be notified about this via email with options on how they would like to proceed. 

I can’t wait up to 1 week to receive my order, do you offer Expedited Shipping?
Yes! During checkout you can opt for Expedited Shipping. For a reasonable fee of $14.99 we guarantee you will receive your order within 3 days of placing the order. Expedited Shipping jumps your order to the head of the queue. Your order will process & ship the very same day that you place the order. 

Please be aware of the following requirements for Expedited Shipping:
a. Your order must be placed by 1 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
b. All items must be in stock.

In the case that you opt for Expedited Shipping after 1 p.m. Eastern Standard Time we can’t guarantee you will receive the order within 3 days. However, we will do our very best to get your order to you in an expedited manner.

What is Signature Required?
Signature Required means your package will not be left at your home unless someone is available to sign for the package. If no one is at home the USPS will leave you a notice that they attempted delivery. At this point you can make a trip to your local Post Office and retrieve your order. Please note at times the USPS has been known to attempt delivery without leaving a notice. We advise you stay on top of this and track your package. Do not hesitate to contact us if you feel the package should have arrived. Keep in mind the Post Office is only responsible to hold your package for 7 days. After this period of time they send the package back to us. In this case, it will cost you another Shipping Fee in order to have the package reshipped.

*orders over $199 are automatically sent Signature Required at no additional cost to you. If you wish to have your package shipped without Signature Required status you may do so by leaving us a comment at the end of the your checkout process or email us requesting such. In this case please note if your package is lost or stolen it is not our liability.

Is my package insured?
No! We don’t insure packages unless you ask us to. If you require insurance on your package you must contact us immediately after placing your order. 

I’m worried about my package being lost or stolen, what can I do?
If you are placing an order to an apartment, localized mailbox or a rural area and there is any chance your package may be lost or stolen we highly suggest you add Signature Required status to your order. For the low cost of $2.99 you can have the piece of mind that your order will not end up in someone else’s hands. 

I made a mistake on my order, is it too late to make a change?
It is always best to make sure your order was placed properly. Did you order the items you wanted and is the order total correct? Is the bill to and ship to address correct? As mentioned above we can take up to 3 days to process your order. That being said we always aim to please. Your order may ship in less time. If you notice a problem with your order you must contact us via email or phone immediately. Always leave as much detail as possible when requesting us to edit your order. Once the order has entered the shipping phase, we can’t make any changes. 

Can I ship my package to my PO Box?
Yes! In fact if you have a PO Box we prefer you have your package sent to your PO Box. Since we ship all packages via the United States Postal Service (USPS) it is a smooth transit if you have your package sent to your PO Box. If you have a PO Box and choose to have your package shipped to your home, you should know that there is chance the package will be rerouted back to us. If you have a PO Box and have received packages via the USPS to your home with no issue then you are just fine. 

My order was not shipped complete, can you help me?
If you place an order with us and we are out of a product, we reserve the right to remove this item from your order and ship the balance. In this case, you will be notified about this on your receipt and the correct refund will be applied against your original transaction with us. Keep in mind if you order total falls below $99 because we are out of stock on something you will no longer receive free shipping. Your refund will reflect the price of the product short less $6.99 for shipping. If you receive your order and you feel you are short an item and it is not marked so on your receipt, you must contact us immediately. Due to the packing procedures we follow, this is a rarity. Each item you order is scanned and matched against your order. Each item is weighed on a digital scale and total package weight is paid for in postage. Every order has a packing operator assigned to it so we know who to question. In the rare occurrence of a shortage, we will follow strict guidelines to get to the bottom of things. You will be notified about our findings in a timely manner. Please note false claims will ultimately deem your account suspended indefinitely. At the same time, if we feel necessary, we will involve our legal department. 

My order arrived damaged, what do I do?
Every item you order is prepared for the absolute worst case transit scenario. Each item is sealed with tape to keep the item from leaking. All items are positioned amongst packing peanuts and packages are securely taped prior to shipping. In the event that your item(s) arrive damaged you must notify us immediately. You will be required to take several pictures and email them to support@pandorabeauty.com with details of the damage and your order number. We will use this information to initiate a claim with the postal service and resolve the matter as soon as possible. If the situation allows, we will expedite the release of a replacement product or refund you for the damaged item. 

Can I ship my package to a different address other than my billing address?
Yes! You have the ability to save several addresses and ship your package wherever you like. Just make sure you save the correct shipping address and we will take care of the rest. Please note if you have a different billing and shipping address and you are a first time client, you will be contacted via email for authorization in order for us to release your package. This is due to the amount of fraud we face. It protects you in case your credit card was lost or stolen. You may also ship your package to a different person. The same would apply. You will be contacted via email for authorization prior to us releasing the package. We also allow for our customers to drop ship to their clients. Please be aware that when Pandora Beauty drop ships on your behalf we take on zero liability. In the case of a damaged, lost or stolen package it is completely your responsibility. 

Do you ship Internationally?
Currently we do not ship internationally. We accept international payment as long as the package is being shipped somewhere domestic. You should know there are many U.S. based companies that provide an international shipping service. Please see which company fits your needs best and setup an account. You may then place orders with us for worldwide shipping.
