Nailtiques Formula 3: Care For Naturally Hard, Dry Nails. Naturally hard nails need the constant care which this formula will provide. This unique blend will help bond nails together, as well as prevent them from becoming dry and rigid. Nailtiques nail moisturizing is a must when using this formula. Application: When used without color polish, apply one coat three times per week. If color polish is desired, apply Formula #3 as a base coat and then apply color polish. An additional top coat may be applied during the week to prolong polish- nails.
